Arshdeep Brar is a seasoned automation quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Sr Automation QA Lead at Genesys since February 2015, Arshdeep specializes in automating UI testing using Cypress, Selenium, and Protractor, along with automating IVR testing via Cyara. Previous experience includes a role as a Sr. QA Analyst at London Life, focusing on Wealth Management and Group Retirement services, where Arshdeep led UAT testing and developed automation frameworks. Arshdeep's career began at Punjab Communications Limited as a QA Analyst, progressing through roles at BT Global Services as a Technical Associate and AT&T as a Sr. Software Engineer, where strategic applications for product management were developed. Arshdeep holds a B Tech in Electronics and Communications from University College of Engineering Punjabi University Patiala.
