Brad James

Brad James possesses extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as SVP Finance at Genesys since November 2012. Over the years at Genesys, Brad held various leadership roles including VP Business Finance, VP Sales Finance, VP Sales Operations, Head of North America Operations, and Business Operations Specialist. Prior to joining Genesys, Brad gained valuable experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Associate and Analyst from July 2007 to March 2012, and also worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at Annandale Capital. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and History from Southern Methodist University, complemented by coursework at the University of Oxford in 2005.
