Bryan Tena is a seasoned network consultant and owner of Navarre IT Consulting, specializing in network upgrades and security for small businesses in the Florida Panhandle since October 2021. Currently serving as a Sr. Network Consultant at Genesys, Bryan leads customer troubleshooting journeys. Previously, as a Lead Network Engineer with the Air Force Civilian Service, Bryan managed a team and demonstrated expertise in advanced network troubleshooting, network topology design, and deployment of various technologies, including Cisco and Palo Alto. Bryan's career began in the US Army, where responsibilities included system installation and network monitoring. Educationally, Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science in Information Technology Security from Northwest Florida State College.
