Cédric Bourgeois has extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors, beginning as an analyst programmer at Dialog Systems and Ascom from 1997 to 1999. Cédric progressed through various roles, including project leader at Mobistar and lead consultant at Altran-Europe. Cédric has held significant positions such as Head of CTI Service at Banksys and Atos Worldline, as well as Head of Multichannel Integration Service. From 2013 to 2021, Cédric served as EMEA Enterprise Architect at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, currently acting as Customer Success Manager at Genesys since October 2021. Cédric holds a degree in I.R. from UCL University and an Executive MBA from Solvay Business School.
