With over two decades of experience in technical writing, web design, and content strategy, they previously held roles at companies such as Expedia Group, where they led content strategy in design systems, and Indeed.com, where they drove content strategy and design for design system components. Chad's academic background includes a Master of Science in Information Studies with a specialization in User Experience Research and Design from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside a Master of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. They have also made significant contributions to educational technology in various roles in academic settings, focusing on modernizing digital education and access programs.
