Delivery Manager

Chris Devine has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications industry, primarily with Genesys, where roles have included Delivery Manager, Principal Consultant, and Sr. Implementation Consultant since December 2016. Prior to Genesys, Chris served as a Sr. Implementation Consultant at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence from March 2013 to December 2016, focusing on developing call center solutions and collaborating with development teams. Previous roles include Sr. Voice Network Engineer at Vantiv, responsible for enterprise voice telephony infrastructure, as well as Network Engineer III at CMC and Telecommunications Technician at SWC, where responsibilities included design, installation, and support of telecommunication systems. Chris began a career in the industry as a Ramp Agent at Northwest Airlines.
