Cliff Bell

Cliff Bell serves as the Senior Director of Innovations Foundry at Genesys, a position held since November 2007, where the focus lies on evaluating and building innovative solutions for real-world business challenges. Bell also created and leads the Solution Foundry team, responsible for assessing the business viability and technical feasibility of new solutions, which supports strategic sales and transforms solution innovation at Genesys. Prior roles include Director of Solution Strategy and Product Line Manager for Conversation Manager, fostering collaboration with key partners and managing product development efforts. Before joining Genesys, Bell held various product management and engineering roles at Intervoice, Inc., and Edify Corporation, contributing to speech applications and voice products. Cliff Bell holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Management from McPherson College.
