Colm Dillon is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in back-end development and software architecture. Currently serving as a Team Lead and Staff Software Engineer at Genesys since December 2019, Colm is focused on the Conversational AI team. Prior to Genesys, Colm held positions at Datamine, where a data warehouse for a real estate client in New Zealand was developed, and Genius Sports as a Python Developer for the Competition Management Platform. Earlier experience includes a software engineering role at Ericsson, where API development and performance testing for major telecom clients was undertaken, and various positions in sales and examination roles. Colm holds a Master’s degree in Applied Software Development from Technological University Dublin, a Higher Diploma in Software Development from the University of Limerick, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the same institution.
