Dan Silver

Dan Silver currently serves as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Genesys, having joined the company in March 2013. In this role, Dan is focused on enhancing business development in SaaS and cloud-based solutions, working with strategic customers to maximize their investments. Previously, Dan held various leadership positions at GTSI, including Director & General Manager of Sales, where oversight encompassed sales, business development, and financial strategies for a $500 million systems integrator. Dan's career also includes a managerial role at Xerox Corporation, overseeing a team dedicated to sales in the graphic arts and commercial industries. Dan holds a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from American University.
