Dean Shaw is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer advocacy and engagement. Currently serving as an Interview and Content Creator at Jam and Toast since May 2023, Dean previously held key roles such as Sr. Manager of Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Abnormal Security, where a customer community was launched in eight weeks, and Global Customer Advocacy Program Lead at Genesys. Dean's extensive experience at SAS includes managing global advocacy and digital analytics programs, migrating events to virtual platforms, and optimizing customer interaction through various initiatives. Dean holds a BSBA in Marketing and International Business and an MBA in Economics from Bowling Green State University, complemented by a student exchange program at Audencia – Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes.
