Devon Judge is a Knowledge Content Manager at Genesys, with extensive experience as a Senior Technical Writer in the computer software industry. Previously, Devon held various roles at Brunswick News Inc., including Project Coordinator and Process Improvement Coordinator, where they led initiatives to enhance the editorial department. Devon started their career at Bugle-Observer, progressing from Assistant Editor to Editor while guiding new reporters. They hold a Diploma in Communication Arts focused on Journalism from NBCC Woodstock.
