Greg Beard

Greg Beard currently serves as the Director of Corporate Finance at Genesys, a position held since 2023, where responsibilities include leading long-term modeling, capital markets, strategic planning, scenario planning, and financial forecasting. Prior to this role, Greg was a Principal in Private Credit at H.I.G. Capital from 2016 to 2022, and before that, worked as an Investment Professional in Private Credit at Stellus Capital Management from 2014 to 2016. Greg began a career in investment banking with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance group, where significant contributions included executing over $8 billion in leveraged loan syndications and high yield bond issuances from 2011 to 2014. Academically, Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Davidson College, following completion of secondary education at St. Andrew's School.
