Jeff Whetstone

Jeff Whetstone is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in test management, currently leading mission-critical testing efforts at Genesys since 2016. With extensive experience in the computer software industry, they have honed skills in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Active Directory, and automation testing. Prior to Genesys, Jeff worked as a Scalability Engineer at Interactive Intelligence and as an Application Developer at Caterpillar. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Purdue University, which they completed in 2006.
