John Capin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in demand generation operations and strategic planning. Currently serving as VP of Demand Generation Operations at Genesys since January 2017, John has received multiple accolades including the 2023 President's Club Award and the 2022 Rev Ops All Star Award. Key areas of expertise include sales and marketing compensation design, customer segmentation, territory and quota design, and go-to-market transformations. Prior to Genesys, John held various roles at Acquia from July 2011 to February 2017, achieving significant sales milestones, and demonstrated early career capabilities at ArcSight and Harvard Business Review Group.
