Jonathan Chow

Jonathan Chow is an accomplished information security leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Genesys since January 2022, Jonathan leads a global cybersecurity team responsible for overseeing the company's information security strategy and compliance programs. In addition to this role, Jonathan is an active participant on several advisory boards, including Cyversity, the California State Polytechnic University-Pomona Cyber Advisory Board, the Rapid7 Customer Advisory Board, the Okta CISO Forum, and the Mitratech Prevalent Customer Advisory Board, among others. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Live Nation Entertainment and NBC Universal, where Jonathan managed worldwide cybersecurity programs and strategies for large-scale organizations. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Management & Organizational Behavior from NYU Stern School of Business and has pursued further education at Georgetown University and The Stony Brook School.
