Jonathan Searle

Jonathan Searle has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, including a significant role as Global Head of Learning & Development at Genesys from November 2015 to March 2018, where leadership focused on training initiatives for employees worldwide. Prior to Genesys, Jonathan held positions at Banana Republic / Gap Inc. from June 2008 to November 2015, including Senior Director of Learning & Development and Sr. Human Resources Development Manager, contributing to HR functions and training programs. Additionally, Jonathan served as an Adjunct Professor at Skyline College, developing curriculum for a retail management course, and earlier in his career, worked as a Human Resources Manager at Gap Inc., overseeing HR functions and facilitating training initiatives. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Fashion Journalism/Apparel Marketing and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Mount Wachusett Community College.
