Josh Clegg

Josh Clegg currently serves as the Senior Manager of Renewals Management for North America at Genesys, a position held since October 2025. Prior to joining Genesys, Josh spent four years at Pantheon, where roles included Sr Manager of Renewals, Manager of Renewals Commercial, and Manager of Renewals East, with a focus on customer retention, growth, and forecasting. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Micro Focus as a Strategic Account Manager and Inside Sales Account Executive for Major Accounts, and at Harmon's Buick GMC Cadillac as Assistant Service Manager. Josh holds an Associate of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from Utah Valley University.
