Lev Haikin has extensive experience in machine learning and algorithms engineering, primarily focused on automatic speech-to-text and natural language processing for call center interactions. Since joining Genesys in June 2014, Lev has advanced from a Senior Software Engineer to Principal Machine Learning and Algorithms Engineer, contributing to the development of tailored solutions for voice and digital communications. Prior to this, Lev worked at Intel Corporation from July 2008 to June 2014 as a Software Engineer, specializing in CAD tools for formal equivalence verification, and initially as a Student in a Databases team, enhancing utilities for core CPU projects. Lev holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed in 2010.
