Lewe Zipfel has extensive experience in solutions consulting and technical roles, primarily at Genesys since March 2011, where the career progressed through various senior leadership positions, including Senior Director for Solutions Consulting in multiple regions such as DACH, Northern & Eastern Europe, and EMEA Central, culminating in a comprehensive expertise in the field. Prior to Genesys, Lewe Zipfel worked at Freenet Datenkommunikations GmbH as an Application Administrator and at freenet AG/mobilcom-debitel as a System Engineer, contributing to a solid foundation in technology and project management since the start at Mobilcom in 2000.
