Lin G.

Lin G. is an accomplished Project Manager at Genesys since June 2021, focusing on product communications and enablement for the Product Management organization. Concurrently, Lin served as an Orr Fellow from June 2021 to June 2023, selected from a highly competitive pool to develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills in Indianapolis. Elected as the third DEI Director in Orr Fellowship’s history, Lin managed a team to foster an inclusive community and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into fellowship activities. Prior experience includes HR roles at Merchants Bank of Indiana and academic support at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Lin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Business from Indiana University Bloomington, alongside an Honors Diploma from North Central High School.
