Mark Budd

Mark Budd is a Global PMO Director in Customer Success at Genesys, leading the Project Management Office within the Customer Success and Services organization since 2022. With a strong consulting background, Mark has previously held various roles at Genesys, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Director of the global Value Management Office, where they focused on enhancing customer experiences and driving Agile transformations. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects across the organization.
