Mark Kayserman

Mark Kayserman has extensive experience in professional services and telecommunications spanning over three decades. From June 2006 to June 2020, Kayserman served as Vice President of Professional Services at Genesys Telecommunications, leading North American Professional Services Delivery and overseeing customer implementations across various product lines. Earlier roles included Senior Director of Professional Services for the Global Practices at Genesys, managing offshore delivery teams and providing comprehensive customer solutions. Prior to Genesys, Kayserman was Executive Director of Professional Services at Verizon Business, directing customer-facing services for major enterprise clients, and held the position of Director of Product Development at Aspect Communication, focusing on software development for IVR and ACD platforms. Kayserman holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Telemetry from the Polytechnic Institute.
