Matthew Nance

Matthew Nance, CPA, currently serves as Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller at Genesys since March 2022, having previously held roles including Assistant Corporate Controller and Senior Director of Technical Accounting & External Reporting. Prior experience includes assurance director at PwC from May 2019 to March 2022, and senior manager of technical accounting & external reporting at Oracle from March 2018 to May 2019. Nance also worked at PwC as an assurance manager from January 2012 to March 2018, specializing in accounting for unusual transactions, revenue recognition, and financial reporting for SEC-registered companies. Earlier in Nance’s career, accounts receivable/accounts payable roles were held at TaylorMorse, Ltd. Nance holds a B.A. in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Performance from the University of Arizona.
