Merav Levy

Merav Levy is an accomplished Sr Technical Writer with extensive experience in documentation and technical communication. Currently employed at Genesys since March 2014, Merav collaborates with cross-functional teams to define documentation requirements and produce comprehensive technical content. Prior to Genesy, Merav served as a Senior Technical Writer at Verint from November 2008 to March 2014, where project management of various documentation types was a key responsibility. Experience includes a Technical Writer role at Check Point Software Technologies, where operational and instructional manuals were produced, and earlier work at SoftWatch Technologies focused on user and training manuals. Merav holds an M.A. in Criminology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.A. in Criminology/Sociology from the University of Toronto.
