Michael Barrett, PMP, CHPC, is currently a Customer Success Director at Genesys, having previously excelled as a Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company. With a robust background in customer success and operations, Michael notably led a mission-critical back-to-school project that successfully migrated over 1,200 customers to a new platform. Prior to this, Michael was Head of Operations at NexJen Systems and directed onboarding initiatives at Frontline Education.
