Mike Hall

Mike Hall is an accomplished Senior Manager at Genesys, where responsibilities include leading the design and development of a web-based administration application for the Interaction Center all-in-one interaction platform using technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, Knockout, and Angular. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Senior Software Engineer at Raytheon Technical Services Company, contributing to the development of a variety of products for the Army and Air Force, primarily in MFC/C++, C, and Java. Mike holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
