Miles Rincker

Miles Rincker is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Genesys since February 2023, Miles previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer and Team Lead at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence from 2005 to February 2023, managing a team of 12 and focusing on PureConnect/CIC administrative applications. Prior to that, Miles worked as a Software Engineer at NoInk Communications from 2001 to 2005, specializing in mobile development for handheld platforms. Miles earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2001.
