Peter Faust

Peter Faust is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and consulting. Currently serving as the Principal Technical Account Manager at Genesys since September 2021, Peter previously held the role of Senior Technical Account Manager. At OpenAdvice IT Services GmbH, from January 2007 to June 2021, Peter was responsible for client relations in a technical and sales capacity as a Technical Account Manager and also worked as a Consultant on various OSS topics, particularly with IBM Tivoli Netcool products. Earlier, from January 2003 to December 2006, Peter served as a Scientific Assistant at ELC Darmstadt, where responsibilities included managing the E-Learning portal and recording and editing lecture content. Peter holds a Dipl. Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, earned between 2000 and 2006.
