Regis Mace is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Solutions Consulting Director for the Nordics and Baltics at Genesys, focusing on developing the market while delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a rich history in Solutions Consulting and Experience as a Service, Regis previously held roles such as Director of Pre-Sales for France, Iberia, and North West Africa and has managed strategic projects across EMEA and APAC. They have consistently overachieved targets while fostering long-term relationships that enhance customer loyalty and advocacy. Regis holds a Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecom, and Computer Science from INSA Rennes and a Master’s in Management of Mobile Networks from IMT Atlantique.
