Rick Brown

Rick Brown is the SVP of Sales - Americas at Genesys. Rick has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management.

Brown started their career in 1999 as a Sales Director at Storage Networks. Rick then moved to Mercury Interactive in 2001, where they became the VP of West/Latin America Sales. In 2007, they joined Hewlett-Packard as the VP of Software Sales. After two years at HP, they joined xMatters as the Global VP of Sales. Rick held this position for three years before moving to their current role at Genesys.

At Genesys, Brown is responsible for leading the sales team in the Americas region. Rick has helped the company grow significantly, and under their leadership, Genesys has become a leading provider of customer engagement and contact center solutions.

Rick Brown attended the University of Washington, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree.
