Rob Blane

Rob Blane serves as the Head of Product Management for Engage and PureConnect at Genesys since March 2022, after holding the position of Senior Director for Multicloud CX within the same company. Prior to Genesys, Rob Blane was VP of Product Management for New Products at Afiniti and has extensive experience with Genesys dating back to November 2008 in various leadership roles, including Director of Product Management for Conversational AI. Rob Blane has managed global teams focused on chat and voice bots and has been instrumental in developing AI and automation solutions to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, Rob Blane has a technical foundation with experience as a Solutions Architect and Professional Services Consultant, supported by a degree in Computer Network Management and Design from the University of Portsmouth.
