Robin Taylor

Robin Taylor is a senior manager with extensive experience in global deal operations, currently leading teams at Genesys since 2016. In the role of Senior Manager Global Deal Operations, Robin provides concierge-level assistance to sales teams in APAC and NA, focusing on cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational processes and governance. Prior to this, Robin served as Manager of Sales Operations, leading an international team to support SaaS revenue initiatives through enablement presentations. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Lead for Sales Engagement at Genesys and Interactive Intelligence, where Robin facilitated operational and marketing support for sales efforts.
