Robyn Grassby

Robyn Grassby is a skilled UX researcher with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at Genesys since February 2023, Robyn previously held various roles at Tangerine, including Senior Client Experience Strategist and Design Researcher, where responsibilities involved enhancing client experiences through human-centric research methods. At Human Branding Inc., Robyn worked as a Research Analyst and Jr Strategist, utilizing applied anthropology to gain insights into consumer behavior. Robyn also served as Research Operations Lead at Roblox from September 2021 to February 2023. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in World History from Concordia University and a certificate in Business from the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford, among other academic pursuits.
