Ryan Collins

Ryan Collins is a Lead Software Engineer at Genesys, with over 20 years of experience in development, programming, design, implementation, and deployment. Ryan began their career as a Project Developer at VIFI, before transitioning to roles such as Web Developer at the University of Indianapolis and Interactive Intelligence. They held the position of Internet Administrator at the NCAA and later worked at T2 Systems as a Web/Application Developer. Ryan's expertise continued to grow at Genesys, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer before taking on their current leadership role. Ryan earned a BA in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
