Sasha Ray is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at Genesys, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked at LivePerson from 2012 to 2014, where they progressed through roles including Product Consultant, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Director of Customer Success. Sasha also gained experience at AT&T between 2009 and 2010, serving as a Sales Executive in the Premier Client Group. They began their education at Loyola University Maryland, earning a BA in Psychology in 2008.
