Seth McCarus has extensive experience in software development and team leadership, currently serving as Team Lead and Software Architect at Genesys since August 2012, where previous roles included Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to Genesys, Seth worked at Emdeon Business Services from September 2001 to August 2012 as a Product Development Staff Specialist, focusing on communications, user interface, middleware, and software framework development for real-time health insurance eligibility information. Seth also gained experience as an Information Services Specialist at Square D Company in late 2000. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 1997 and 2000.
