Sonya Ward

Sonya Ward has extensive experience in sales and customer relations, currently serving as a Renewal Manager at Genesys since June 2017, where responsibilities include facilitating the integration of former Genesys and ININ environments, providing support to sales teams, and managing contract preparation. Prior to Genesys, Sonya worked at Angie's List as an Internet Marketing/Sales Consultant, successfully generating significant revenue through business development efforts. Earlier experience includes roles as an Inside Sales Representative at HP Products, where consultative sales strategies led to a 50% increase in customer base, as well as a Sales Account Manager at Hewlett Packard, managing IT procurement solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Sonya holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vincennes University and studied at Indiana State University.
