Steve Park is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal PS Consultant at Genesys since January 2021, Steve previously held roles at StreamSets Inc. as a Customer Success Engineer and Team Lead for the West Region from June 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities included leading the team and assisting in technical evaluations. Prior to that, Steve spent nearly a decade at TIBCO Jaspersoft, culminating in a role as Principal Customer Success Engineer/Team Lead, providing training and mentoring to teams across North America and Europe. Steve holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Utah State University.
