Tara O'Sullivan

Tara O'Sullivan is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently working at Genesys since March 2021, focusing on Bot Optimisation within the Conversational AI team. Previously, Tara held significant roles including Senior User Experience Designer at Kingfisher plc, User Experience Designer at Refinitiv, and User Experience Designer in Applied Innovation at Thomson Reuters, where experience encompassed redesigning user interfaces and collaborating across various business units. Tara's career began with a Technical Graduate Scheme role at Thomson Reuters, alongside experience in software testing at Siemens Healthcare and hospitality at Charleville Park Hotel. Tara holds an MSc in Interactive Media and a BSc in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, along with completing a short course in Service Design & Innovation from the University of the Arts London.
