Tonya Holmes

Tonya Holmes, CICP, MBA in Finance, currently serves as the Sr Director of Order to Cash at Genesys since June 2022, overseeing the OTC process and global strategy while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to implement enhancements. With a board membership at both Link Education Partners and Mt. St. Dominic Academy, Tonya analyzes financial positions to optimize growth and development. Previous roles include Global Director of Order to Cash at Elastic and Global Director of Credit and Collections at Vonage, focusing on improving cash flows and credit policy. Tonya's extensive experience in finance includes significant positions at Tiffany & Co. and Bank of America, where skills in process optimization and risk management were honed. Tonya holds an MBA in Finance from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
