Trisha Borme

Trisha Borme is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of the Americas Talent Acquisition at Genesys since December 2016, Trisha has led the regional talent acquisition efforts across North America and Latin America. Prior to this role, Trisha held positions at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as the Manager of Talent Acquisition, and at Emarsys as a Global Recruiting Partner, where valuable recruitment strategies were developed for the North American market. Trisha's earlier experience at Salesforce included managing recruitment for both the Marketing Cloud and EMEA teams, and Trisha also contributed to the recruitment of volunteers in educational programs at Junior Achievement of Central Indiana. Trisha Borme holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate's Degree from Champlain College.
