Zach Lock

Zach Lock is an experienced professional in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as a Senior Solution Consultant at Genesys since April 2022. Prior to this role, Zach held the position of Genesys Solutions Architect at ConvergeOne from September 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing customer needs and managing technical solution deliverables.
