Eric Spence is a Lead Software Engineer at Genesys, where they are currently part of the SRE team. With a strong background in the computer software industry, Eric has developed expertise in AngularJS, Java Spring, and test automation. Previously, Eric held roles at Interactive Intelligence and served as a Software Engineer Test, as well as a Testing Automation Engineer Intern. They graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Computer Science and have experience as a Resident Assistant and System Administrator during their time there.

The Indianapolis office focuses on software engineering, marketing, legal support, and operational management.
