Aine McSharry

Aine McSharry is an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a robust background in creating and managing technical documentation across various companies since 2008. Currently at AppDirect since October 2016, Aine has been responsible for the production of weekly release notes, API documentation, and other technical content derived from design documents and engineering insights. Previous roles include Technical Writer positions at mnubo, Tekelec, and Airwide Solutions, where Aine developed customer-facing documentation and user manuals for software applications in the mobile network sector. Aine's foundational experience in data management and quality assurance stems from earlier roles at the Environment Agency and the National Rivers Authority, complemented by a postgraduate certificate in Environmental Quality Management from De Montfort University and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and Technology from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
