Alain Cote

Alain Cote has extensive experience in corporate governance and executive leadership, serving as a Board Member and Executive Vice President at Genetec since April 1997. Additionally, Alain holds Board Member positions at AlarmForce Industries Inc. and Médecins du Monde Canada, and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, Secretary, and Treasurer at the Institut National des Sports du Québec. Prior experience includes a directorial role at Merrill Lynch and partnership at Ogilvy Renault specializing in corporate taxation. Alain Cote earned a BCL and LLB degree from McGill University in 1989.
