Richard Pailliere

Richard Pailliere is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Vice-President at Genetec since November 2013, where previous roles included Director and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Richard also operates as a Sole Proprietor at Pro-Evolution since August 2013. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Ubisoft, Randstad, Global Crossing, and Clearnet/Telus. Richard holds a degree in Criminology from Université de Montréal and has completed certifications in Organizational Leadership from Institut de leadership en gestion and Management from HEC Montréal.
