Zane Monk

Zane Monk is an accomplished professional with a strong background in business process analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Value Stream Owner and Business Process Analyst at Genetec since May 2018, Zane is responsible for configuring Dynamics 365 modules related to product information management, sales, marketing, and procurement, while also facilitating user acceptance testing and managing product backlogs. Prior experience includes an Industrial Engineering Internship at UPS, where Zane developed a Master Operating Plan and optimized operations, along with a Data Management & Governance Internship at Bombardier focused on CRM data maintenance. Zane also contributed as an instructor and scheduler for Cote St. Luc Minor Hockey from 2012 to 2017. Zane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Management from Concordia University and a DEC in Commerce from Dawson College.
