David P. Herbert

David P. Herbert has had a long and distinguished career in the healthcare industry. In 2021, they became the Fund Co-Manager for Southeast Minnesota Capital Fund I and Fund II, an angel fund based in Rochester. In 2016, they joined Geneticure\u2122 as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Senior Advisor. In 2015, they became the President and CEO of 46 North, LLC. In 2014, they became a Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation. In 2017, they became the Chair of Southeast Minnesota Capital Fund LLC. In 2011, they became the Chair of Mayo Clinic Global Business Solutions, where they oversaw a team of 400+. From 1999-2011, they were with Mayo Medical Laboratories (now called Mayo Clinic Laboratories), where they held the roles of Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Business Development. Finally, from 1993-1999, they were the Director of the Office of Technology Commercialization for Mayo Medical Ventures.

David P. Herbert received their Bachelor's Degree from Stanford University and their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of St. Thomas.
