Johanna Griecci

Johanna Griecci currently serves as a Principal Associate Scientist at bluebird bio, focusing on CAR-T and immunotherapy initiatives since January 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at OvaScience, where responsibilities involved optimizing a mitochondria enrichment process for various egg precursor cells and developing a whole cell luminescent ELISA. Previous positions at Agenus and Percivia involved significant contributions to mitochondrial enrichment processes and the development of analytical assays for biosimilar proteins, respectively. With a strong background in molecular immunology and protein purification, Johanna Griecci has also made substantial impacts through the execution of various assays and collaborative projects throughout a career that began with an internship at Dyax Corp. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northeastern University and additional studies at Harvard University Extension School.
