Noemí J. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Noemí began their career in 2004 at Nueva Investigación, where they worked in commercial management and marketing. In 2005, they joined Telefónica as a management support for IT and new technologies, and remained there until 2007. In 2008, Noemí joined Genetsis Group as an account executive, and gradually progressed to roles such as account supervisor, accounts director, and director of client services. Noemí'smost recent position at Genetsis Group is as the digital business director, a role they started in January 2021.

Noemí obtained a Professional Certificate in Consultor en Emprendimiento e Innovación from Universidad de Salamanca in the year 2023. Prior to that, in the year 2022, they completed a Master Fundamentals in Digital Business degree at The Valley Digital Business School. In the same year, they also obtained an Experto Universitario degree in Gestor Cultural, with a specialization in Creación y Gestión de Empresas Culturales y Artísticas from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes.
Moving back in time, Noemí completed a Master en Customer Experience Marketing (MICEMD) / European Diploma in Relationship Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School between 2012 and 2014. Lastly, in the years 2002 to 2004, they obtained a Grado Superior (CFGS) in Gestion Comercial y Marketing from IES Clara del Rey.
In addition to their degrees, Noemí has also obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Social Impact Doers Program from Social Enterprise. In 2014, they obtained the Metodología Creativa Seis Sombreros para Pensar® certification from Debono Group. In 2013, they obtained the Mecánicas Promocionales, Social CRM y Generación de Modelos de Negocio certification from Foxize. Lastly, in November 2021, they completed the Inbound and Inbound Marketing certifications from HubSpot.
